The home page exists of a header menu, a search box in order to search books, a list of available categories and a top authors list at the left side hand and a shopping basket at the right side hand. In the center of the home page, the bestselling books are listed. The home page is presented in the language of the registered user.

You can search a book by category:

• Click on the homepage in the left side hand frame. Browse on the category of your choice.
  All books from this category are listed in the center of the website.

You can search a book by best selling author:

• Click on the home page, in the left frame "Best Selling Authors" on an author.
  The books of this (top) author are listed in the center of the website.

You can search a book by author:

• Fill in the name of the author in the search field on top of the Wwaow website.
• Select in the select box (next to the search field) Author from the drop down list.
• Click the blue button [Search].
  All the books of this author are listed in the center of the website.

or

• Click in the book advertisement the name of the author.
  All the books of this author are listed in the center of the website.

You can search a book by title or title words:

• Fill in the title or one or more title word(s)in the search field on top of the homepage.
  When you search more title words, all words must be part of the title. You have to use entire title words, not parts of words, and separate these title words by space.
• Select in the select box (next to the search field) Title from the drop down list.
• Click the blue button [Search].
  The book where this word (these words) is (are) a part of the title, are listed in the center of the website.

You can search a book by one or more key words:

• Fill in one or more key words in the search field on top of the homepage.
• Select in the select box (next to the search field) Keywords from the drop down list.
• Click the blue button [Search].
  The books with this key word (these key words) are listed in the center of the website.

You can search a book by a search criterion that is (part of) the title, or (part of) the name of the author or a key word.

• Fill in one or more search criteria in the search field on top of the homepage.
• Select in the select box (next to the search field) All from the drop down list.
• Click the blue button [Search].
  The books with this word (these words) in the title or in the author or as key word, are listed in the center of the website.

You can put the book that you want to buy in your shopping basket:

• Click on the button [Add to basket] next to the book you want.

You can view what is in your shopping basket:

• Look at the home page in the right side hand frame 'My Shopping Basket'.

You can change the content of your shopping basket by removing books from your basket or changing the number of books to buy:

• Click on the home page, in the frame 'My Shopping Basket' on the button [Modify].
  The content of your shopping basket is shown.
  or
• Click in the header menu |MY SHOPPING BASKET|
  The content of your shopping basket is shown.
• Click Remove to remove a book from the shopping basket.
  Your changes are saved and showed.
• Fill in the changed number of books to buy.
• Click [Continue Shopping] if you like to search other books.
  The changes of you shopping basket are being saved.
  or
• Click the button [Check Out] to handle your shopping.
  The changes of the shopping basket are saved and you are directed to the check out.

As soon as you are finished browsing books and all books you want are added to the shopping basket, you can order them on our website. Other items, like book tokens may be added to the shopping basket as well.

• Click in the homepage, in the right side hand frame "My Shopping Basket" the button [Check Out].

If you are not yet signed in, you have to do this first.

• Sign in with your e-mail address and password, if you already are a registered user.
  or
• Click the radio button "I am a new visitor..." in order to register yourself for free.

Fill in the shipping information:

• Fill in your address.
  If you had already saved your address in your profile data, this address is automatically filled in.
• Click the checkbox "Save this address as my default" when you want this address to be filled in automatically at your next check out.
  If selected, the address is saved in your profile.
• If the shipping address differs from your address, fill in the shipping address.
• Click the checkbox "Save this address as my default" when you want this address to be filled in automatically at your next check out.
  If selected, the address is saved in your profile.
• Click [Next>].

• Review the overview of your order. If any volume discount is applicable, it is indicated here as well.
• When you want to pay by gift check, click [Pay by gift check].
• Fill in the code of your gift check.
• Fill in the password of your gift check.
• Click [Pay]
  When you do not spend the entire amount of your gift check and continues, you loose the entire gift check anyway. Therefore, we recommend to buy at least for the amount of the gift check.
• Click [Next>].

• Click [Confirm].
  You will be directed to a secured website for the payment. The following payment methods are accepted: VISA, Bancontact/MC and FIdeal.
  Please notice that billing, in case of purchase will be done in the currency of the country in which the books are produced.

When the payment is successfully processed, you will see an orderconfirmation.

• You will receive an e-mail with the overview of your order.

When you buy several copies of a book, we apply a volume discount. The discount is shown in the overview of the order.

As a buyer of a book, you can, if you like, add a review and share your opinion on a book with other Wwaow users. In order to do so, you have to be signed in.

• Click on top of the Wwoaw site [Sign in].
• Fill in your e-mail address.
• Fill in your password.
• Click [Continue]

• Search the book you would like to review.
• Click read more.
• Select your appraisal.
• Write down your opinion.
• Click [Add review].

Authors may not valuate there own books, but other readers can.

You can add a gift check of a self chosen value to your shopping basket.

• Click at the left of the homepage Buy a gift check.
• Fill in the amount.
• Fill in a password.
• Repeat this password a second time, for confirmation.
• Click [Add to shoppingbasket]

The payment is handled the same way as the payment of books.
