These are placed in the context of international research into the phenomenon of mobbing. Mobbing is one of the last forms of violence yet to be legally recognised. Published with the intention of motivating and informing the introduction of anti-workplace mobbing laws, and a zero tolerance towards bullying and violence of all kinds.
